Journey out for the day into the pristine waters of Tonga. Take the opportunity to swim with whales as well as many other marine species in and around coral reefs.
June through October Whales in the Wild have been taking people out to find, watch and swim the the Humpback whales for 10 years now. We have 2 comfortable but different boats being Maris King, a 28ft Marlin Broad Bill and Totally Wild a 32 ft Pontoon type twin hull boat. Both boats are under full survey with safety equipment and toilets.
We have experienced crew with our Tongan skippers and guides. Maris King is fitting for the adventourous being a fast cat with seating for 10. Totally Wild is designed for the less fit, or more family orientated guests with plenty of shade, full size toilet, comfortable seating, easy access on and off and travels at a more sedate pace to enable you to enjoy the scenery and to look for the whales.
We restrict both boats to a maximum of 8 passengers, although they are surveyed to take more. This enables 2 groups of 4 to be able to enter the water with our guide in keeping with our local guidelines. Come with us for a fantastic adventure you will never forget!

Day trips are suitable for people of all swimming levels. Whales in the Wild operates everyday except Sunday* from July to mid October.
